Here is what you need to know about cancelling your stay at the Black Boy Inn:
These cancellation terms apply to bookings made directly with the Black Boy Inn via our website or on the phone.
Rate specific cancellation policies: Please double-check your rate description, as some packages may have different cancellation policies.
Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival: You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge within 48 hours of your arrival date. Just fill out the form below and we will take care of the rest.
Cancellation within 48 hours or no-show: Please note that if you cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours of arrival, or in case of a no-show, you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
**Confirmation ** Once you submit your cancellation request, you will receive an email with a cancellation reference number. Please keep this email as proof of your cancellation. We aim to confirm your cancellation within 24 hours, but if you have not heard from us within that timeframe, please call us on 01286 673604 or resend the form.

Agency bookings
Agency bookings: If you booked your stay through an agency like Booking.com or Expedia, you will need to cancel your reservation directly through them.
All agent changes are subject to the terms of the Rate booked.
We are unable to make any amendments or changes to agency booking, please contact your agent.
